We offer mobile denture services for nursing homes, assisted living, memory care facilities, and homebound patients throughout North Alabama. Our referral process is designed to be simple, respectful, and supportive of facility workflows.

When Should a Resident Be Referred?

A denture referral is appropriate when a resident:

Has lost or broken dentures
Has dentures that no longer fit
Is unable to eat comfortably
Complains of sore spots or pain
Is a new admission without dentures

Early evaluation often prevents complications related to nutrition, comfort, and communication.

Who Can Submit a Referral?

Referrals may be submitted by:

Nursing home staff
Directors of Nursing
Social workers or case managers
Assisted living or memory care staff
Family members or caregivers

What Happens After a Referral Is Submitted?

Do residents need to leave the facility for care?

In most cases, no. Evaluations and many denture services are completed on site. If in-office care is ever recommended, this will be discussed with family or POA in advance.

Who do you communicate with regarding treatment decisions?

We coordinate directly with the resident’s family, legal decision-maker, or POA, while keeping facility staff informed as appropriate.

Does submitting a referral obligate treatment?

No. A referral allows for evaluation and discussion of options. No treatment is provided without appropriate consent.

How quickly can lost or broken dentures be addressed?

Timing depends on the clinical situation, but early referral allows us to assess urgency and coordinate care as efficiently as possible.

Do you accept insurance?

We work with families to review payment options and provide documentation to support insurance or third-party reimbursement when applicable.

Do you see memory care or dementia patients?

Yes. We regularly care for residents in memory care and tailor our approach to ensure comfort, patience, and clear communication.
